What platforms will this release on?
The game will debut on Steam, for Windows PC and Steam Deck and Switch. Backers are be able to select their platform of choice on the pledge manager for each unit of the game. While Mac isn’t supported at launch, we’ll explore future options based on community demand and response.
Please remember that if your pledge includes Pre-Alpha, Alpha, and Beta access, early testing will only be available through Steam, so even if you choose the Switch version as your final platform, you’ll still receive Steam access for Alpha and/or Beta, so you won’t miss out on early gameplay and feedback opportunities

Who are aDrive and ShadyPenguinn?
aDrive is an online gaming content creator and CEO/Creator of Elestrals. aDrive has been creating content in the Nintendo space for over a decade and accumulated millions of followers on his journey. Always chasing his passions, aDrive took his love for the monster catching genre and turned it into the hit TCG (and now RPG) Elestrals. ShadyPenguinn is a historic figure in the Nintendo community amassing over a million followers with his energetic and enthusiastic gameplay commentary. Shady joins the Elestrals team as a co-owner and creative director for the Elestrals Awakened project and beyond. Together this duo brings decades of experience and passion to Elestrals Awakened and beyond.

What is a Stellar?
Stellars are rare and luminous forms of Elestrals infused with cosmic energy. Unlike ordinary Elestrals, Stellars are considered exceptional and prized, often seen as blessed or honored by the gods themselves. Their unique appearance marks them as special and Casters around the world will enjoy the heavy inspiration and focus on Stellar Hunting in Elestrals Awakened. In the TCG, these Stellars are represented by limited and serialized cards.

What are the refund policies for this project?
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that’s minus 20% for Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can’t get back from them after 14 days). However, no refunds are possible if we’ve begun packaging your pledge for shipment (usually 4 to 6 weeks before the shipping date).

How do I buy Add-Ons?
- Choose a Reward or, if you already have one, go to ‘Manage your Pledge’
- If you already had acquired a Reward, click on ‘Change your Pledge’
- Confirm your Pledge Level (or adjust to a different tier) and amount pledged.
- You’ll be directed to a ‘Confirm reward’ page. There, you will be able to select the available Optional Buys as well as any additional value you’d like to add to your pledge.
- Click on ‘Continue’ towards the bottom of the page. After the campaign ends and the Pledge Manager becomes live, your chosen Optional Buys will already be selected. You’ll be able to edit your pledge to use your available funds however you want. Please note that you need at least a Mortal pledge to be able to select Optional Buys.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

We collaborate with trusted, industry-leading partners at every stage, from ideation to execution. However, with a project of this scale, unforeseen challenges may arise that could cause delays. REFUND POLICY
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign's end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that's minus 20% for Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can't get back from them after 14 days). However, no refunds are possible if we've begun packaging your pledge for shipment (usually 4 to 6 weeks before the shipping date). If a component cannot be delivered AT ALL, we refund that, including fees. All refunds 14 days after the campaign's close may be processed via PayPal or reversed via Stripe to your credit card at our discretion. Refunds within 14 days are reversed via Stripe to your credit card. This project is being funded in USD. Any refunds processed will be in USD for the exact amount received in USD, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time the refund is processed.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS
We understand that all backers want to receive their items in pristine condition; however, the realities of worldwide shipping can sometimes make this difficult. We guarantee that your product will be complete and that all internal components are in perfect condition. We will do our best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition, but all box replacement decisions will be made case-by-case basis. Due to the difficulty and expense of replacing boxes, depending on your region, we will not be able to replace some boxes with minor cosmetic damage only.
RETURNED PRODUCTS
If you refuse to accept your package on arrival, we will not issue you a refund for the cost of the pledge.
FAILURE TO RESPOND TO SURVEY
Surveys will be completed through a pledge manager. If you fill out the survey after the designated time frame, your package may be delayed in sending to you by up to a few months. If you do not fill out the survey until after the declared end of the project, we may not be able to send it to you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By pledging to this project, you acknowledge that the final look, materials, and content of the rewards (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what was presented while the Kickstarter project was active. If you do not log in and submit your project survey results (i.e., provide us with your shipping address) for your pledge within eight weeks of our notification, you agree that we have fully fulfilled our obligations to you for payment or donations received. However, at our discretion, we may refund or ship your pledge (at additional cost for international backers) if you complete your project survey after the 8-week window has elapsed. If you do not accept these terms, please do not pledge to this project but instead wait for the general release.
